Irish companies must keep an internal register of beneficial owners and file it with the Central Register of Beneficial Ownership. We keep yours accurate and up to date.
A beneficial owner is any individual who ultimately owns or controls less than 25% of a company's shares or voting rights. Companies must maintain their own internal register and file the same details with the Central Register of Beneficial Ownership (RBO).
Any change in beneficial ownership must be reflected within 14 days. We manage both the internal register and the RBO filing on your behalf.
